Blortland: Kaaha'a Planet of Visualization
June 3, 2001

Few visualization techniques mimic the fascinating and unique Planet Blortland, where Chemo Eaters, Blorts, Slurpants and Phuntfish help kill unwanted diseased cells and clean the body of toxic chemotherapy. Created by Diana Kaaha, Blortland provides a positive and comfortable imaginary place where positive visualization and healing can take place.

One of Kaaha's Blortland CharactersGrowing up in a home often in turmoil, Diana Kaaha dreamed of an imaginary planet where she could feel safe and protected. At age 14, Kaaha began drawing, sewing, and sharing her comforting Blortland companions.

In 1996, Diana was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease. As they had in her youth, Diana'a Blortland characters reached out to guide her through her healing process. By visualizing the Blortland creatures, Kaaha was able to make her experiences with chemotherapy as positive as possible.

The Planet Blortland  web site offers others a look into the visions of Diana's Blortland visualization. There, patients will find drawing and mantras to help lead them through a journey of safe healing. The recently produced Hello Chemo Visualization Program is available from her website or by visiting Life Wealth Productions
